Abstract

Abstract Black lamellar crystals of the title compound, which contains three unique uranium sites for U 4+ , U 5+ , and U 5+ /U 6+ ions, are hydrothermally prepared from an aqueous mixture of UO 3 , SiO 2 , NaOH, and CsF in the molar ratio Na/Cs/U/Si = 10:5:0.5:6 (autoclave, 170 MPa, 600 °C, 2 d, 23% yield).
