Abstract

This article analyzes effective methods of enhancing customer loyalty through eco-marketing strategies. Itsubstantiates that marketing approaches developed with consideration of consumers' environmental awareness cansignifcantly increase brand trust and customer retention. The study examines the impact of eco-friendly products, greenbranding, and socially responsible advertising on consumer behavior and loyalty formation.
