Abstract

Semarang City spatial planning is based on Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2011 concerning Semarang City Regional Spatial Planning for 2011-2031, there are several policies, one of which is the RTH policy. This research aims to analyze the policies of the Semarang City Spatial Planning Service in realizing a Sustainable Eco City. This research also aims to analyze the obstacles experienced by the Semarang City Spatial Planning Service in implementing the RTH policy and future targets as an effort to overcome this policy program which is still not optimal. The research method used is the normative juridical method. Based on research, there are still several things that cause costs related to the policies of the Semarang City Spatial Planning Service. However, in this case the Semarang City Spatial Planning Service will carry out future plans to overcome policies that are not yet optimal.
