Abstract

This research aims to analyze and optimize administrative efficiency in the Semarang Regency Spatial Planning Service. High administrative burdens can become an obstacle in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Spatial Planning Service. In this research, we conducted an in-depth analysis of existing administrative processes, identified key challenges, and proposed strategies to improve work efficiency. The research method involves surveys, interviews and document analysis to comprehensively understand the administrative structure and workload at the Spatial Planning Service. The research results show the potential to reduce administrative burdens through the application of information technology, employee training, and simplification of work processes. These findings have important implications in improving the performance of the Semarang Regency Spatial Planning Service and making a positive contribution to the development of spatial planning in the region. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for related parties in efforts to increase administrative efficiency at the regional level.
