Abstract

The development of science has made changes in various aspects of human life, including in the field of law. The social dynamics that occur in society also support this change. Therefore, Legal Science tries to adapt to these changes as time goes by. Law enforcement and government officials are no exception. The dynamics that occur in society give rise to reactions regarding how government officials handle these problems, including in terms of general administration, public services, security and other aspects of government. In the case mentioned previously, this can be called the Burden Administration. Specifically, this research will discuss how one of the relevant government officials will be focused on, namely the Semarang City Environmental Service, to contribute to solving various environmental problems in society, especially the Semarang City area. Next, the specific issue that will be raised is how the Semarang City Environmental Service handles the amount and intensity of waste which is the main problem in Semarang City. How waste has a big impact on the surrounding environment which of course makes people uncomfortable about this. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data based on observation and interview methods with related institutions, where this research was obtained directly from original sources, which in this case were obtained or collected from the field obtained from research or those concerned. The results of this research show that there is a burden on the administrative process in terms of public complaints to the relevant agencies, but this can be overcome by deploying directly to the relevant agencies and using the complaint application creation method created by the government concerned to make it easier for the people of Semarang city to submit related complaints.
