This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Digital Forum in expanding access to justice for vulnerable groups, identifying the benefits and challenges of the increasing use of technology in legal services. Thus, the research seeks to understand the advancements brought by the digitalization of the judiciary, as well as the challenges faced by citizens with technological difficulties, considering the need for digital inclusion and adequate infrastructure. The adopted methodology is qualitative, with a deductive approach, using document analysis and literature review to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the Digital Forum in Brazil. Through this study, it was possible to establish relevant perspectives, demonstrating that although the virtualization of the judicial system has promoted progress in democratizing access to justice, challenges related to digital inclusion, technological infrastructure, and technical support persist. This highlights the need for measures to ensure that this innovation does not become a factor of exclusion but rather a means of guaranteeing fundamental rights.
