Fast ionic transport in SrTiO3/LaAlO3 heterostructure

Abstract

We constructed SrTiO 3 /LaAlO 3 (STO/LAO) hetero-structural composites, which achieved a high ionic conductivity of 0.24 S cm −1 at 520 °C.
