Abstract

Zum Kern vorgedrungen: Struktur- und Spektroskopiestudien zufolge lässt sich der {Cu2(S2)2}2+-Kern von [Cu2(tmeda)2(μ-S2)2](OTf)2 (tmeda=N,N,N′,N′-Tetramethylethylendiamin; OTf=Trifluormethansulfonat) am besten als Bis(μ-disulfido(.1−))dikupfer(II) statt als Bis(μ-disulfido(2−))dikupfer(III) beschreiben. Dieser Komplex bildet ein neues Strukturmotiv in der Kupfer-Schwefel-Chemie biologisch relevanter synthetischer Modellsysteme.
