Spectrophotometric determination of iron (III) with Chromazurol S

Abstract

鉄(III)はCASと青色の錯体を生成し,pH4.8~5.7で一定の吸光度を与える.3.4~70μgの鉄(III)をとり,水を加えて30mlにうすめ,0.275%CAS溶液0.6mlを加え,0.25M酢酸ナトリウム溶液でpH5.3に調節し,水で50mlにうすめ,575mμで吸光度を測定する.アルミニウム,ガリウム,スズ(IV),銅,リン酸,シュウ酸,クエン酸,EDTAが影響する.また,緩衝液として,塩酸と酢酸ナトリウムを用いたときのほうが,塩酸とアンモニア水を用いたときより吸光度が高く,また,錯体の組成も異なった.これは,酢酸ナトリウムの存在によって,鉄(III):CAS=1:2および2:1のモル比の錯体が安定となり,生成が容易になったためと考えられる.
