Abstract

Abstract Die Gleichstromleitfähigkeit dünner Pt‐Filme wird zur Bestimmung der Filmdicke und der Oberflächeneffekte in Abhängigkeit vom Elektrodenpotential in der "idealen" Doppelschicht und in Platin‐Sauerstoff‐ sowie Wasserstoffadsorptionsbereichen gemessen.
