Abstract

Abstract Durch aufeinanderfolgendes Aufbringen einer Cr‐, Au‐ undPhthalocyanin (Po)‐ Schicht auf Glas mit Schichtdicken von 70, 300 und ca. 3000 Å werden die Dünn?lm‐ Elektroden hergestellt, wobei neben metallfreiem Pc auch Zn‐, Fe(II)‐ und Cu‐Pc verwendet werden.
