Abstract

Abstract Die CdSe‐Filme wurden auf Ti, Cr, Mo, SnO 2 , glasigem Kohlenstoff und Graphit durch Bedeckung mit einer wäßrigen Aufschlämmung von CdSe, ZnCl 2 und Triton X‐100 als Dispergens sowie Sinterung bei 400‐500°C in Luft hergestellt.
