ChemInform Abstract: Dilute Magnetic Semiconductor Cu2MnSnS4 Nanocrystals with a Novel Zincblende and Wurtzite Structure.

Abstract

Abstract For the first time, Cu 2 MnSnS 4 nanocrystals with wurtzite and zincblende structure are synthesized by injecting an oleylamine solution of sulfur powder and thiourea, resp., into an oleylamine solution of Cu(OAc) 2 , SnCl 4 , and Mn(OAc) 2 at 270 °C.
