ChemInform Abstract: Wurtzite Cu2ZnSnS4 Nanocrystals: A Novel Quaternary Semiconductor.

Abstract

Abstract Nanocrystals of the new wurtzite phase of title are synthesized by injection of a hot (120 °C) dodecanethiol solution of CuCl 2 , ZnCl 2 , and SnCl 4 into a mixture of dodecanethiol and oleylamine or oleic acid at 240 °C.
