ChemInform Abstract: Polymorphism and Second Harmonic Generation in a Novel Diamond‐Like Semiconductor: Li2MnSnS4.

Abstract

Abstract Single crystals of two modifications of the title compound are obtained from the solid state reaction of stoichiometric mixtures of Li 2 S, Mn, Sn, and sulfur (graphite crucible in a sealed silica tube, 800 °C, 30 h).
