High-resolution absolute distance measurement using a dual-wavelength, dual-comb, femtosecond fiber laser

Abstract

A high-resolution laser ranging scheme using one dual-wavelength femtosecond fiber laser, which generates a dual-comb with their frequency difference inherently locked by the intracavity dispersion, is experimentally demonstrated for the first time.
