Las plataformas como dispositivos para la investigación-creación

Abstract

[EN] Since 2012 a group integrated by six professors for the College of Arts of UABC has been developing a research project entitled “Geographic Platforms in Art” The main ideas of the project are focused in artistic clinics and public forums to create a Visual Arts exhibition. The interest of this group is to implement researchHcreation with the construction of artistic objects in College, and the purpose to conceptualize the platforms includes: geography and art, incorporating interactions and creating new ones. \nOnce the platforms are established, the following guidelines are identified: the visual artist as a researcher; organize the information; share the process of creation with the cooperation of the intern the contributors and incorporating “the spectator” to create knowledge in the community. Devices that initiate the creation encourage the production of contemporary art, given the context from the experience of the subjectHcreator for artistic practice. This generates a dialogue with the spectator, and with the community that we are working with to identify other communities and work in an interdisciplinary manner, replicating and improving the method for an upcoming project.
