Business Technology Strategies' Effect on Competitive Advantage by Mediation of Decision Making in the Horn of Africa

Abstract

The influence of Strategies for Technical knowledge used in a Business on advantage achieved by Competitions in the Eastern Africa is examined in this chapter, with a particular emphasis on the mediating function of making a right Decision. The rising inclusion of latest technical knowledge by firms in this region underscores the significance of comprehending the ways in which these strategies influence competitive posture. Using both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with important stakeholders across a range of industries, the research uses a mixed-methods approach. Results indicate that by optimizing processes and raising customer satisfaction, technology initiatives can greatly boost Advantage achieved by Competitions. Also, the research highlights Making a right Decision as a crucial mediating element, whereby well-informed choices resulting from the utilization of technology foster strategic agility and responsiveness. This investigation has important for companies hoping to prosper in a cutthroat environment. It emphasizes how important it is for companies.
