Abstract

In order to promote the low-carbon and economic development of the regional integrated energy system (RIES), two different types of regional energy models are established in this paper, combined with the operation mode of wind energy and carbon capture, the applicable scenario of the two regional energy models is analyzed. By introducing the objective function with the lowest economic cost of system operation, an optimal scheduling model of biomass energy and electricity-to-hydrogen RIES combined heat and power (CHP) is established based on the combined operation mode of wind energy and carbon capture, and solving two regional energy models with CPLEX. The simulation results show that the economy and low-carbon performance of the two regional energy systems are effectively improved under the wind energy-carbon capture operation mode, which provides a reliable basis for the low-carbon economic dispatching of integrated energy system under different energy combinations.
