Globalization has revolutionized organizational operations and productivity worldwide, fostering technological advancements and economic interdependence. This study assesses the effects of globalization on Bahrain's retail sector, employing a rigorous methodology with a positivist research philosophy and a conclusive design. Quantitative data collection and descriptive statistical analysis were conducted using random sampling from 132 survey respondents. They are making sure the survey data is legitimate and reliable. The poll asked questions about subjects and demographics, and the findings were shown in tables. The analysis fulfilled the study's objectives and offered insights into improving the industry's performance and growth by confirming that globalization has a substantial impact on the operations and productivity of Bahraini retail enterprises.This study examines how globalization has affected Bahrain's local retail industry, emphasizing how companies may manage the challenges posed by it to improve performance and maintain growth. In addition to leveraging economic sensitivity, investing in future technology, optimizing costs, monitoring competition, and advocating for policies, the study emphasizes the significance of addressing political and legal factors. Future research should focus on firm management and conduct additional analysis of developing technologies for deeper insights.
