Abstract

This article provides an understanding of the requirements for a radical reform of the professional and pedagogical activities of future primary school teachers and increasing their professional competence, creating the necessary pedagogical conditions to ensure their professional and personal development in higher educational institutions, modernizing the content and structure of the training of teachers of technological education determines the main goal of forming the competence of a specialist by determining the psychological and pedagogical conditions and developing a mechanism for monitoring and evaluating its quality.
