Competencias investigativas del docente universitario un enfoque desde la formación ambiental

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the investigative competences manifested by environmental training with educational perception in university settings, under the domain demanded, possessed and demonstrated by teachers, incorporating various aspects such as: strategies, andragogy, among others. Being environmental training a necessity, considering that the causes fall directly on human behavior, since in order to reflect on it, the teacher must develop competencies to coordinate andragogic action that allow the adaptation of intragenetic environments, as well as must be related to The values ??of conservation and promotion of the environment are instrumental in favor of a critical awareness of environmental problems. Where the knowledge society raises the training of teachers not only to accumulate knowledge but to investigate, think, communicate, have initiative, learn to work on their own or in a team, and in this way contribute to their personal, spiritual and affective development, ecological, environmental and also to community development. Hence the importance of having broad challenges to achieve a paradigm shift in environmental teacher training, a process where it is associated with critical andrology and with research from practice.
