Abstract

妊婦血中hCSならびにhGHの分泌動態を比較する目的で著者は二抗体法ラジオイムノアツセイにより種々の条件下におけるこれらのホルモンを系統的に同時測定した.その結果, 以下の結論を得た.すなわち, hGHは生体のメタボリズムに直接関与し, また逆にそのメタボリズムの影響をうけて分泌が調節されているようであるが, hCSは妊娠時の「代謝調節因子」でありながらその分泌は生体の軽度のメタボリズムの変化には影響されず, 胎盤でかなりのスピードで産生され, しかも大巾なリザーブをもつてコンスタントに分泌されている.
