The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the educational field is changing the process of learning to offer an individualised learning experience, benefiting students with cognitive and affective needs. This chapter discusses the point of AI and student growth, adaptive learning technologies, intelligent tutoring systems, and emotion-aware intelligent AI models that increase engagement and knowledge retention. Increasing student achievements in academic and socio-emotional development, the AI-driven insights provide teachers with the possibility to develop dynamic curricula and cater to specific learning styles. The chapter further analyses issues of ethical concern, including algorithmic bias and data privacy, and policy systems to implement AI responsibility in education. Case studies and empirical studies help analyse in the chapter the manner in which AI-based personalisation is transforming pedagogical methods to achieve equal access to quality education.
