Resource-efficient pre-treatment with partial desalination approach using graphene-MXene coated cellulose filters for desalination plants

Abstract

We present a simple, energy-efficient and scalable dual-functional method for pretreatment followed by partial desalination of seawater using low-cost materials engineered with GO and MXene.
