This article develops an overview of the Scorecard and its impact on knowledge management. Are also offered definitions of CMI, benefits of implementing the Balanced Scorecard, business strategy and different times for the implementation of a strategy based on balanced scorecard. Finally, they reflect the role it should play the scorecard in the management of knowledge.
