Strategi Komunikasi Organisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze how internal communication plays a role in improving employee performance effectiveness at CV. Akerepu. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type and a phenomenological strategy. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that internal communication at CV. Akerepu is still dominated by verbal vertical communication from superiors to subordinates and informal horizontal communication among employees. The study analyzed five key indicators of vertical communication: work instructions, work ratios, procedures and implementation, feedback, and doctrine of organizational goals. Although most communication occurs, the absence of written procedures, miscommunication, and limited feedback are major obstacles to enhancing employee performance effectiveness. The findings also reveal that effective internal communication can enhance work enthusiasm, responsibility, and overall work efficiency. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran komunikasi internal dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja pegawai di CV. Akerepu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan strategi fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal yang terbangun di lingkungan kerja CV. Akerepu masih didominasi oleh komunikasi lisan secara vertikal dari atasan kepada bawahan, serta komunikasi horizontal antarpegawai yang bersifat informal. Terdapat lima indikator utama komunikasi vertikal yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, yaitu instruksi kerja, rasio kerja, prosedur dan pelaksanaan, umpan balik, serta doktrin atas tujuan organisasi. Meskipun sebagian besar komunikasi berjalan, kurangnya prosedur tertulis, miskomunikasi, dan keterbatasan umpan balik menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini juga memberikan temuan bahwa komunikasi internal yang efektif dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, tanggung jawab, dan efisiensi kerja pegawai secara menyeluruh.
