This article examines the influence of religion on social life from a sociological perspective. The primary objective is to analyze the relationship between religion and various aspects of social behavior and interaction in society. Utilizing a qualitative library research method, the study employs data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as key analytical stages. The findings highlight that religion serves not only as a system of belief but also as a social force that shapes communal identity, moral values, and social cohesion. Furthermore, it reveals the interactions between religious teachings and cultural traditions, illustrating how these elements can either harmonize or conflict. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of understanding the intricate dynamics between religion and social structure, particularly in the context of modern societal changes.
