Peran Kearifan Lokal dalam pembentukan hukum adat yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Local wisdom is a valuable cultural heritage and plays an important role in the formation of customary law in indigenous communities. However, local wisdom currently faces challenges in maintaining its existence amidst the currents of globalization and modernization. This study aims to analyze the role of local wisdom in the formation of sustainable customary law in [location name]. Qualitative research methods are used with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study indicate that local wisdom is still a source of inspiration in the formation of customary law, but requires revitalization and recognition from the government and society. This study also found that local wisdom can be a solution in facing the challenges of the sustainability of customary law. Therefore, this study recommends the importance of preserving and recognizing local wisdom in the formation of sustainable customary law.
