Abstract

order to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have noble morals, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens, it is necessary to have education that is inseparable from the teachings of Pancasila as the basis for implementing education in Indonesia. Pancasila has a series of values, namely divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice. These five values ​​are a complete unity which refers to one goal. The basic values ​​of Pancasila such as divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and justice are universal, objective, meaning that these values ​​can be used and recognized by other countries. As an ideology of the Indonesian nation and state, Pancasila is essentially not only a result of contemplation or thinking of a person or group of people like other ideologies in the world, but Pancasila is lifted from the values ​​of customs, cultural values ​​and religious values ​​contained in the outlook on life of the Indonesian people.
