Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar dan mengetahui tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan yang pernah diikuti oleh Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (X) dengan variabel Kiner Pegawa (Y) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. Alat Analisis yang digunakan Analisis Kuantitatif dan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan dapat menjelaskan penggaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 61%. adapun sisanya sebesar 39% dipergaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian in. Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar hendaknya pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui program pendidikan dan pelatihan guna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan umum bagi para pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar. The research aims to determine the influence of Human Resources development on employee performance at the Tamalate District Office, Makassar City and to determine the level of education and training that employees have attended at the Tamalate District Office, Makassar City. This research is to analyze the influence between the Human Resource Development variable (X) and the employee performance variable (Y) using a quantitative approach. The research objects were all employees at the Tamalate District Office, Makassar City. The analytical tools used are Quantitative Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that education and training can explain the influence of human resource development on employee performance by 61%. The remaining 39% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The Tamalate District Office, Makassar City, should influence the development of human resources through education and training programs in order to improve the skills and general knowledge of employees at the Tamalate District Office, Makassar City.
