Pengaruh Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Tenete Rilau Kabupaten Barru

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru dan mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 orang pegawai sebagai Sampel penelitian. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi berbantuan SPSS Versi. 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Pelatihan berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh sangat positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of education on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency and to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to 30 employees as research samples. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test assisted by SPSS Version. 25. The results of this research show that education has a partial positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. Training has a partial, very positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency.
