This chapter examines the implementation of AI-powered personalised learning in higher education through five key components: customised learning paths, personalised pacing, adaptive content delivery, real-time feedback and learning style accommodation. Drawing on current research, it analyses how AI technologies enhance student engagement and achievement while preparing learners for an AI-driven workforce. The discussion addresses both opportunities and challenges, including privacy concerns, algorithmic bias and the importance of maintaining human-centred learning approaches. The chapter concludes by exploring future directions for research and development, emphasising the need for ethical implementation and equitable access to ensure AI-powered learning creates more effective and inclusive educational experiences.
