With a project team of Enterprise Precast Concrete Inc.; BNIM/360, a joint venture of 360 Architecture and BNIM Architects; and JE Dunn Construction, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Kansas City, Mo., campus is an award winner and an example of sustainable design.
