Abstract This research aims to describe the perception of parents about the implementation of training processes in times of pandemic in two educational establishments in the Commune of San Fernando, Chile. The investigation started from the identification of the types of training processes in times of pandemic that have been implemented in educational establishments, to the description of the perception that parents have of the implementation of training processes and their adaptation during the Pandemic. The study is descriptive with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 72 subjects. Among the results obtained, it was evidenced that parents whose sons and daughters attend these educational establishments observe that the management teams responded in a surprising, radical and unprepared manner to the implementation of strategies for the continuity of classes in times of social confinement , which had a serious impact on the implementation of the phases of the training processes, for this purpose. It was concluded that both managers, teachers and parents show deficits in the use of virtual platforms focused on training strategies for the progress of students’ learning towards the following school levels.
