<p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (2) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dan (3) pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Proportionate Random Sampling. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 siswa kelas XI SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner atau angket penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (t= 3,80, sign 0,00), (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (t= -3,00, sign 0,04), dan (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (f = 15,83, sign 0,00).</p><p>Keywords : kekompakkan keluarga; iklim sekolah; dorongan belajar</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract: </strong> This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of the family environment on student learning motivation, (2) the influence of the school environment on student learning motivation, and (3) the influence of the family environment and school environment on student learning motivation. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The sampling technique is carried out by Proportionate Random Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 52 class XI students of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires or research questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the family environment on student learning motivation (t= 3.80, sign 0.00), (2) there was a negative and significant influence of the school environment on student learning motivation (t= -3.00, sign 0.04), and (3) there was a simultaneous influence (together) of the family environment and school environment on student learning motivation (f = 15.83, sign 0.00).</em></p><p><em>Keywords: family cohesiveness; school climate; encouragement to learn</em></p>
