Ethical behaviors are the key to generate value in different stakeholders and are related to personal values or beliefs. In this sense, this book seeks to disseminate some reflections from the perspective of project management, organizational management, and busi-ness reality, addressing topics such as ethics, projects, and organization; human talent, stakeholders, and leadership; and projects, environment, and competitiveness. Thus, the authors provide the reader with a starting point on how values, beliefs, culture, and behavior affect the results of organizations and their competitiveness index. Therefore, this work, aimed at academics, businesspersons, managers, government officials, and professionals in any field, constitutes an efficient alternative of organizational manage-ment and will be a useful tool for academic institutions and undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of management, business, engineering, and entrepreneurship.
