Abstract

Our calculated results clearly demonstrate semiconducting ferromagnetic nature of K 2 TcY 6 (Y = Cl, Br) and ultralow values of thermal conductivity ( κ e ) that can prove useful for application of these materials in spintronic and thermoelectric devices.
