Multi-stage Planning of Park-Level Integrated Energy System Considering Ladder-Type Carbon Emission Trading and Green Certificate Trading

Abstract

Based on the interactive mechanism of ladder-type carbon emission trading and green certificate trading, this paper proposes a low-carbon multi-stage planning approach of park-level integrated energy system. Firstly, the operation principles of carbon emission trading and green certificate trading are studied. Then, by analyzing the carbon emission reduction by green certificates, the interactive mechanism between carbon emission trading and green certificate trading is proposed. Finally, the low-carbon multi-stage planning model is established, which considers ladder-type carbon emission trading and green certificate trading with the goal of minimizing the system's full life cycle cost. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach can effectively improve the system's economic efficiency and reduce its carbon emissions.
