Robust Optimal Dispatch of Park-level Integrated Energy System Considering Ladder-type Carbon Trading Mechanism

Abstract

To further reduce carbon emission level and promote operation safety of Park-level Integrated Energy System (PIES), a PIES low-carbon and robust optimization model is proposed. Firstly, a ladder-type carbon trading mechanism is developed to guide PIES to control carbon emissions. Then, taking the fluctuation of wind power output into account, a robust method considering adjustable degree of conservation is developed. Finally, by providing multiple operating scenarios, the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed model could be demonstrated by simulation and comparison results.
