Controlling the Reflectivity of Subwavelength Grating Waveguide Bragg Gratings

Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally how to control the coupling coefficient and reflectivity of uniform subwavelength grating (SWG) waveguide Bragg gratings (WBGs) fabricated in silicon on insulator (SOI).
