太赫兹混频器技术研究进展

Abstract

太赫兹混频器可通过本征信号与原信号混合,经频率变换,实现频谱探测、超分辨成像和天文信号高灵敏探测,在太赫兹频谱识别、太赫兹安检、射电天文探测等领域具有重要应用前景。本文首先介绍了太赫兹混频器的基本原理、分类、主流技术方案;其次针对太赫兹混频器超灵敏化、高频化、中频宽带化和小型化集成的应用需求,分析了国内外太赫兹混频器设计与制作技术的发展动态;最后归纳了太赫兹混频器的应用状况、技术挑战和可能的解决方案,以便阐明三类太赫兹混频器的技术特点和技术发展趋势。
