The purpose of this study was to examine the post-practice experiences and thoughts of preservice teachers who have completed the post-practice course, thereby providing practical and relevant foundational information for effective post-practice operations.Descriptive questionnaires were collected from 33 seniors majoring in early childhood education to scrutinize their post-practice experiences.The outcomes of the qualitative analysis were revealed to be as follows: First, postpractice experiences have been confirmed to improve understanding and support skills for children, enhance teaching skills, and to develop desirable teacher's qualifications and attitudes.Second, for improving post-practice training, expand the period of post-practice work, continuous participation and choosing a post-practice period according to their needs individually, as well as strengthening the department's management of post-practice operation (the assignment of classes and instructors, the content of training)were proposed.The information and conclusions that were drawn from this study that is about post-practice periods, post-practice experience, post-practice operation management would be useful for introducing and operating post-practice in early childhood teacher training institutions.
