Abstract

本論文でははずば歯車, 片持ばりおよび薄肉平歯車のすみ肉部の応力分布とき裂の発生・伝ぱの関係について調べることにより, はずば歯車の曲げ疲労破壊機構について検討を加え, はすば歯車のき裂が引張側歯元すみ肉部の最大歯元応力発生位置から生じること, およびき裂の進展方向が歯すじ上の位置で異なることなどを明らかにしている. さらにこれらの結果に基づいてはすば歯車の曲げ強度試験法についても比較検討を加えている.
