Abstract

本論文では浸炭焼き入れはすば歯車の曲げ疲労強度に及ぼすねじれ角の影響および片当たりのはすば歯車の歯元応力,曲げ疲労強度に及ぼす影響について検討を加えるとともに,相当平歯車に対しても曲げ疲労試験を実施して,はすば歯車と相当平歯車の曲げ疲労強度の関係についてもかなり明確にしている.さらに実験結果に基づいて,各種円筒歯車曲げ強度計算式について比較検討を加え,用いる計算式によって許容伝達荷重に大きい差異があることを示している.
