Análisis contrastivo del discurso jurídico español – alemán

Abstract

In the current paper we would like to study the main characteristics of legal language as a specialised language between Spanish and German with the aim to propose a work tool to be used by a translation student, by a professional translator or a legal specialist in order to analyse the original and target text and to be able to use the proper linguistic conventions of each language and in order to know the common and divergent aspects of legal discourse in both languages and its connection to the common language.
