This study aims to determine whether the work ethic influences the performance of PT. Bos Bosowa Maros employees, whether the organizational climate influences the performance of PT.Semen Bosowa Maros employees and whether the work ethic and organizational climate affect the performance of PT.Semen Bosowa Maros employees. The results showed that the first hypothesis was rejected because it showed that the results of the hypothesis test had no significant positive effect on employee performance. Means that the work ethic does not contribute significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means the organizational climate provides a real contribution to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because organizational climate is the dominant variable. It means that the organizational climate has more contribution than work ethic on employee performance
