A Hollow Core Fiber Fabry-Perot Interferometer Micromachining by Femtosecond Laser

Abstract

A microcavity hollow core fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer based on fusion splicing a section of hollow-core fiber between two fibers and further micromachined by femtosecond (fs) laser is developed for measuring thermo-optic coefficients (TOCs) of liquids.
