Abstract Redoxpaare, deren Normalpotential oberhalb 1.2 V liegt, werden unter direkter Umwandlung von Licht in elektrische Energie an einer n‐GaAs‐Elektrode photooxidiert und an einer Pt‐Gegenelektrode reduziert.
