Ricardo Piglia: literatura, dinero, propiedad

Eduardo Becerra

Year: 2019 Journal:   Cuadernos LIRICO   Publisher: Réseau Interuniversitaire d'Ètude des Littératures Contemporaines du Río de la Plata

Abstract

Ricardo Piglia saw in the links between economics and literature an element that questions the modern idea of the autonomy of literature with respect to other social dynamics. In his essays and fictions he explored these connections through themes such as money and property. With these approaches, Piglia underlines the political dimension that is always part of his literary thought.
